Modern usage of the word Asana infers one of many familiar Yoga 'postures'. However, the Sanskrit word asana literally means 'seat'. It is the essence of the pose, that which your body absorbs and internalizes.  It is comfort within the pose itself.

Whether you are looking for a posture or a seat, whether you want to exercise or relax, we are happy to have you at Asana Yoga Center.  You only need an open mind, bare feet, and an empty stomach.
